Bathroom Restore
This home was built in the 1940's. The plumbing was all cast-iron . The sub-floor and joists were rotting out from water damage and years of neglect. We sistered up the joists, replaced the subfloor, updated the plumbing and replaced the fixtures and appliances. With a new coat of paint this place was ready to go!
